This Almond Milk is an instant preparation produced according to a patented process, allowing us to protect fruits’ nutrients and precook nuts for a better tolerance. The nutritional properties of almonds are reinforced by natural sources of vitamin D, fatty acids and marine calcium. Bifidobacterium lactis bacteria complete this formula. EPA and DHA from wild-fish oil complete the intakes of fatty acids. They contribute to a normal functioning of the brain and of the eyesight. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 250mg of EPA/DHA. Marine Calcium, which comes from lithothamnium, complete the calcium intakes provided by almonds for a better balance with magnesium and phosphorus.
