- Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately, but no later than 12 hours after you submitted the order, via WhatsApp 971586251618 or email to sales@dealzdxb.com
You can cancel your order submitted to us in the following circumstances:
- In case your order was not dispatched yet, your order will be cancelled instantly, and a refund will be processed to your original payment method, if the payment was already made.
If you already received your order, a cancellation is not possible.
- Refund & Replacement Policy
While we will do our best to procure and deliver your order, certain products may be temporarily unavailable or out of stock. In some instances, incorrect items may be delivered to you. In such cases:
- If you did not receive the items you ordered, you will be issued a full refund, if the payment was already made.
- If part of your order is missing, we will issue a partial refund for the price of the undelivered quantity or deliver the missing item(s) at our discretion.
- If you received incorrect items, we will collect the incorrect items and provide the correct items to you or issue a refund at our discretion.
- We will not accept returns for any other circumstances outside of damaged goods or incorrect goods being delivered
In every event, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
- Return Policy
In line with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, due to health and hygiene reasons, certain type of items cannot be returned, unless the items are defective or damaged.
This includes perishable products (such as food, beverages, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care products (such as beauty products) and home care products (such as cleaning and laundry products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will either replace any defective or damaged items or issue a refund at our discretion.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return (in case required), and let you know if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and provide the refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
